About Me 

You don’t have to do this perfectly — you just have to start.

I never planned for my journey into wellness to look the way it did. Like many women, my relationship with health began with pressure, perfectionism, and the belief that my worth depended on achievement. Over time — through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, grief, injury, motherhood, and personal healing — I learned that true wellness isn’t about punishment or extremes.

It’s about learning to work with your body instead of against it.

I’m Catherine Deutmeyer — a certified personal trainer, nutrition specialist, yoga teacher, holistic health coach, and mom of almost five. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Health & Wellness Management, along with specialized certifications in pre- and postnatal corrective exercise.

My work is deeply personal.

After navigating multiple pregnancies, postpartum recoveries, birth trauma, miscarriage, hyperemesis gravidarum, and the physical and emotional demands of motherhood, I became passionate about helping women feel supported through every phase of life.

Too often, women are told to “bounce back,” ignore their pain, or push harder. I believe in something different.

I believe:

  • Fitness should support your life — not consume it

  • Movement should improve function and confidence

  • Nutrition should nourish, not punish

  • Healing requires both physical and emotional support

  • Wellness must be sustainable to truly last

My coaching blends evidence-based fitness, corrective exercise, realistic nutrition education, mindful movement, and compassionate support to help women feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to themselves.
