My Process

 Initial Phone Consultation (15–20 Minutes)

A short introductory call where we discuss:

  • Your goals

  • Current challenges

  • Health & fitness history

  • Which services may best support you

Free Movement Assessment (30 Minutes)

An in-person assessment including:

  • Postural evaluation

  • Basic movement screen

  • Discussion of pain points, limitations, and goals

  • Recommendations for next steps

Personalized Plan Creation/ Execution

After our initial phone call and movement assessment, we can discuss which package works the best for you and your unique needs.

Ongoing Adjustment/ Collaboration

We will continue to adjust your plan as your needs change and work together to help you find what works the best for you!
